The End of Fall

It's been getting windy and cold here and I realized I never updated with all the fun fall adventures we had. This is going to be photo heavy, as I am short on time!

September: We went to a farm festival, checked out some local sunflowers, hung out at the gym, visited some playgrounds, and went to church with the cousins.

Jarrett wanted nothing to do with this pony ride.

October:

We went to Longwood Gardens, Clark Eliok's Farm,  Boo at the Zoo, Halloween Fun at the Kennilworth Mall, carved pumpkins and attempted some Trick or Treating.

Jarrett loved Longwood Gardens even more than usual this time. He especially loved the children's area and played here for a while. He was less interested in the pumpkin are this year though (disappointing to me as I was hoping for some cute pictures with big pumpkins!) June stayed awake for most of the day, taking it all in! Jarrett REALLY loved the train. I can't wait for him to see it at Christmas time.

We went to Clark Eliok's farm and Jarrett had so much fun. He loved running around through the maze, but most of all, he couldn't WAIT to get on the hayride. Anything that involves a tractor, and he is ready!

June dressed up as a sheep, and Jarrett was a farmer for Halloween. I made him a tractor, but he only wanted to play with it in the house instead of wearing it. We did a few Halloween outings. We went to Kennilworth Mall for some activities. Again, Jarrett's favorite part was looking at the train. But he also liked getting some stickers and a new toothbrush from a few of the booths.

We also visited "Boo at the Zoo" for some trick or treating. Jarrett was starting to get the hang of it, and was really happy when he got pretzels or something he could actually eat. He managed to trick us into giving him some sour patch kids. We didn't think he would eat them!

  Devouring his sour patch kids!
We carved some pumpkins. Jarrett thought it was "yucky."

This was AFTER Halloween. He decided to play with his tractor costume!
We attempted to go to at least one house Trick or Treating. Jarrett wanted nothing to do with it, and was content just walking around at night looking at people's Jack O' Lanterns and stopping by the neighbors. June even managed to stay up later.
